We send you a shipping box and a prepaid return label, the box is fully insured and is suitable for shipping your device back to us safely.

Send It Back To Us
Now bring your device to your local An Post office or sorting center, we should receive it the next working day, depending on your location.

We Repair it and Return.
Once received, we will test, confirm the fault and repair your device before returning it to you, again in a fully insured box.

It costs €15 for shipping, packaging and insurance and that is all you need to pay upfront, we will give you a quote for the repair based on the information you supply also, the balance is due when we have carried out the work and your device is ready to return.
Unfortunatly not, we will only send out a box if we are confident that the device is repairable but sometimes after inspection we realise the device has more issues and is not repairable, Your device will then be returned to you with only the shipping payable.
Yes, if you have good quality packageing (do not use the original box) and would like to use your own delivery service then you can send it directly to us, please make sure to insure it also.
